There's no excuse for not joining our exercise classes! We are the most reasonably priced workout facility in the Miami Valley; classes are FREE to our members. If you don’t have the money for the entire membership fee at one time, consider our installment payment plan that allows 12 monthly payments or payment in full with no pre-payment penalty.

If you work at a Moraine business, and would like to take advantage of the business rates, a work Photo ID must be presented.

Bellydancing
Monday beginners or returning students. A slower pace or keeping the basic strong. Wednesday beginner students focus on identifying and controlling muscles, basic moves and posture. Wednesday intermediate focus on musical interpretation, how to improvise, lead and follow drills, layer moves you already know and become strong and more precise.

Cardio/Sculpt
Like variety? This is the class for you. Each class consists of 25 minutes of cardio exercise presented in various ways, such as step, Zumba, ball, etc. After your heart has had a work out, your muscles will be challenged by 25 minutes of resistance work, utilizing different pieces of equipment. Instructors will tailor the class to meet the needs of all levels of fitness. An all over workout, in just 60 minutes.

Killer Floor Workout
Want to use more calories at rest? The only way to do that is to build more muscle. The focus of this class is to assist you in obtaining a physique that others would “kill” for. Using different pieces of equipment to aid in making class fun, the instructors will work only on shaping and improving muscle mass. Women, you will NOT become muscle bound, but will be very pleased with how your clothes fit for those holiday parties right around the corner.

Lunch Workout
No time to work out before and after work? Join us during your lunch time! We are offering 2 different classes Monday through Thursday. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday join us at 11:30 for Zumba. This class is an excellent way to exercise while having fun. Thursday’ enjoy Tone and Sculpt. Class is a great way to tone, strengthen muscles AND burn more calories not only during class but for the rest of the day. It also prepares you to deal with stress for the rest of the day.

Martial Arts/Self-Defense
Learn the style of Martial Arts that Bruce Lee used to propel him to martial arts stardom. Wing Chun Kung Fu uses techniques that do not require strength, and can be used by anyone regardless of size. Also offered, is a short self defense class guaranteed to have you defending yourself in a few short weeks. Come in for a free trial class. Cost: $40 per month per person. There is a price discount for multiple family members.
Classes: Friday from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Pilates
Pilates is a technique designed 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Instead of the “fast” pace of a regular exercise class, Pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength in a slow and controlled manner. This class incorporates the body-mind connection helping you focus on muscle and their use.

Tone & Sculpt
Want to get a total body workout in one class? Class is combination of cardio exercise, sculpting and core conditioning/stretching.

Turbo Blast
It is a highly addictive workout combining shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants at any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. No equipment needed, we provide it all. Come have fun and burn lots of calories!

Yoga (Beginner's Class)
Everything old is new again! Yoga has been in the forefront of medical and fitness news in the last few months. Yoga has been touted to add flexibility, help participants with chronic disease and decrease stress. Please join us for a very relaxing introduction to the ancient exercise program. You will gently strengthen and stretch while increasing your flexibility and improving your balance.

Zumba
ALL AGES AND ABILITIES ARE WELCOME. Don’t be left out in the cold, come and join the newest fitness craze to hit the Miami Valley. Zumba is a mix of movements from Latin dances and music. It is equal part dancing and aerobics and will burn between 500 and 700 calories per class.

Zumba Boot Camp
Combination of regular Zumba, great motivational music, toning and core work.
